Minimum Requirements:

Experience working effectively in a project team environment
Experience serving as a developer/analyst for highly complex client/server applications
Experience developing program specifications and test plans
Experience programming in J2EE
Experience programming with JSPs
Experience programming with Struts 1
Experience with JAVA Web Services
Experience performing Web design
Communication, analytical and interpersonal skill

Bachelors or Master’s degree, including minimum of 12 hours in management science, computer science, information systems, and/or data processing
