*Mandatory Skills:*
Basic Requirements

College Degree or equivalent experience
Ability to perform basic personal computer operator functions, including
Microsoft office and proprietary Freddie Mac applications
Superior communication and customer service skills.
Superior analytical and technical skills
Ability and desire to work in a structured, team oriented customer
support environment
Preferred Skills
Previous call center experience.
Previous Loan Origination experience
Responsibilities Include:
Answering incoming customer inquiries, principally where password reset
administration appears necessary. High-level customer service skills and
professional conduct must be employed.
Understanding customer needs and our internal business structure.
Escalating unresolved matters to internal team leads or manager for
further review and resolution.
Currently the Contact Center hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Eastern Time. An eight hour shift within these hours will be assigned, and
may be changed at management s discretion based on departmental needs.
This position is considered essential and the employee may be expected to
work during office closings, including but not limited to those related to
weather.
Candidates may be required to work from a local alternate location in the
event of an operational need.
