2. Monitor ticketing queue for any issues reported by client.
3. Resolve high priority issues reported by client.
4. Co-Ordinate with Offshore for ticket assignment, clarifications.
5. Participate in client meetings and gather requirement.
6. Knowledge of SRM is a must.
