Position: SDLC Configuration Manager
Location: Detroit, MI
Duration: 12 Pus Months Contract
Max Rate: US$ 50/hr. {Pls. Do not submit if rate is higher ….}

REQUIREMENT:

Software Configuration Manager responsible for the configuration, build, deployment, and continuous integration of application software across numerous application technologies.

Works closely with application teams, solution architects, and leadership to understand and manage the software landscape within the Enterprise. Partners closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure a stable and up to date software platform.

Has a clear understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and manages the movement of application code throughout. Builds, programs, and manage production & non-production deployments, while leveraging continuous integration tools such as Jenkins to build agility.

Automates internal deployments & management of software libraries using preferred SCM tools such as Clearcase, Git, or SVN. Understands multiple application platforms such as J2EE (WAS and WebLogic) and ESB (IBM IIB and DataPower, SAP PO/PI), and SAP. Brings an informed point of view on day-to-day operations to complement and evolve existing tools, workflow, and prioritization methodologies for cross-functional business execution

Individuals also provide input to project plans related to the execution of projects and other delivery initiatives.

Bachelor degree preferred, & 2 years of experience, OR an Associate degree or Developer certification (equivalent to 2 years) & 4 years of experience, OR a high school diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in application development and design components.

Experience with Agile Delivery Methodologies preferred.
