Title : Product Manager
Duration :6 + Month Contract

Main duties and responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements, procedures and problems and frame solutions in line with client needs
Develop, revise, maintain functional requirements and detailed specifications, including use cases and supporting diagrams and supplemental documentation
Manage changing requirements along with supporting project risk/mitigation activities
Manage and report on project as defined by the scope and timeline, from inception to transition, working closely with the project team and client
Prioritize requirements collaboratively with business stakeholders, experience design and technology disciplines
Analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs
Facilitate client decision-making at project team level through formal and informal working sessions and reviews
Assist in planning development tasks and provide support to development teams
Become domain expert on project
Develop practical and workable digital solutions to clients'' technical and business problems
Lead interviews to define business goals, elicit business requirements and understand business processes
Participate and support project team members through the project lifecycle (inception through transition)
Provide review and input into other deliverables as appropriate (e.g. page schematics or interaction designs)
Facilitate the transition of the requirements to the development and QA teams
Able to manage expectations of client and internal project team
Effectively communicate issues with Project Manager and project team, and provide solutions to issues.

Requirements:
Ability to work in a consultancy and/or agency environment, including the terminology, strategies, and cross functional disciplines involved in digital transformations projects
A thorough understanding of digital business, including how experience design, technology, and media impact external (customer facing) and internal (employee facing) strategies and processes
A thorough understanding of ecommerce and content management systems, including capabilities associated with specific platforms and associated strengths and weaknesses
Ability to interpret client pain points, issues and requests into actionable requirements
Proven ability to operate under tight deadlines while maintaining multiple priorities
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
Ability to work on complex projects independently and with a team during multiple phases of a project
High level of integrity and professional maturity
Ability to be flexible with change

EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in the consulting field
Previous experience on complex projects
Experience and knowledge with system development approaches – Agile experience preferred
Experience with enterprise Billing systems preferred
Track record of teamwork and leadership skills
Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
4-6 years of experience developing interactive products - in a Product or Business Analyst role preferred
