Mandatory Skills:
Key Skill Sets Required: Project Management Experience (including schedule management, resource management, change management, risk management and issue management) with strong background in Mortgage Industry, Finance, Capital Markets, and Mortgage Backed Securities.
The individual in this role collaborates with other workstreams within the APPs Business Management team, ensuring consistency, coordination and planning across Initiatives and Operations focusing on the following areas:
Portfolio Integration and Management
Change Management
Risk Compliance
Operational Readiness & Training
College Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred. Typically have 5-10 years related experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, etc
Good written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Agile and SDLC methodologies
Strong communication skills
Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to changes
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Experience developing and presenting information to/at executive levels

Experience in the Mortgage industry, Freddie Mac, and operational processes and information needs are a plus
Understanding of data management concepts, processes and tools

Experience with SOX controls in a data warehouse or any shared information asset (s)environment
Experience working in the Freddie Mac Corporate Data Warehouse or shared information assets
