Key job responsibilities:
Experience in executing IT projects in Oil and Gas companies preferred. Preferably on upstream IT projects.
The IT Project Manager is accountable for leading quality IT project execution through the full project lifecycle.
Develops project execution plans to enable quality decision making and strong capital stewardship delivering targeted business value
Leads front-end-loading efforts to properly frame the opportunity with supporting business case and alternative analysis
Drives execution efforts ensuring strong project governance, change management strategies, & financial/schedule/scope management
Effectively assesses and manages risks to prevent erosion of business value
