Job Title: Sr. SAS Administrator
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Summary
We are looking for a senior SAS resource who understands SAS administration for multiple environments (i.e. grid & non-grid Additionally, we need someone who can interact with the other data and analytic groups in the organization (i.e. Netezza) and talk to the integration of SAS to their environment.
Requirements
10 years of experience administering, supporting, and implementing software applications
Prior experience doing installations in a SAS Grid environment, from production to testing to disaster recovery and UAT
5 years of experience doing SAS administration
Experience administering SAS within AIX, Linux, and Windows OS environments
3 years of experience administering SAS GRID
Experience installing and configuring SAS software, implementing hotfixes, and software patches
Experience monitoring and troubleshooting SAS services
Experience with SAS Management Console - adding identities, defining libraries, setting permissions and access controls, creating metadata folder structures
Experience with UNIX and Linux Shell scripting
Preferred Skills
SAS Architecture experience
Banking and financial services experience
Must Have
10 years of experience administering, supporting, and implementing software applications
5 years of experience doing SAS administration
Experience monitoring and troubleshooting SAS services
Experience with UNIX and Linux Shell scripting
