IT ACCOUNT MANAGER – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Employee must utilize market knowledge to prospect, develop, procure and maintain branch accounts through consistent sales activity and relationship development. Employee will target contract and direct hire staffing needs in Information Technology.


We will consider IT Business Development Manager / Account Manager / Client Sales Directors /Client Managers with a propensity for sales and relationship development or an experienced IT Project Manager with strong Consulting and Staffing industry experience with a solid track record.



CANDIDATES THAT ARE:

2-5 years of IT staffing or solutions selling experience
Enjoys the staffing industry
Knowledgeable in the Atlanta market
Proven track record of opening and maintaining client relationships
Experience developing a client base for the primary purpose of IT Staffing, while generating
Leads for other IT service offerings.
Stable work history
Ability to multi-task
Strong negotiator
Responds well to challenge
Pleasant phone calling skills
Recent experience IT staffing services is desirable
Interest in attending network events in an effort to grow prospect list


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Spend 100% of time on the development and maintenance of accounts through outside sales activity as well as generating new sales leads.
Define targeted clients and forecast semi-annual projections.
Appropriate time spent towards developing partnership relationships opportunities, building profile of organizational structure, client focus business with key contacts.
Strengthen client relationships through client lunches, client visits and phone contacts with regular follow-up.
Effectively utilize one day a week to develop bids and proposals, strategize with inside staff and schedule sales activities for the week.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data and/or related documents on all clients and targeted potential clients.
Work closely with our recruiters to insure the highest level of service and maximum revenue development.
Must keep one abreast with latest technology trends.


ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS:

Serve as back-up recruiting staff relief in branch operation.
Solicit opportunities to speak before professional organizations and business groups.
Prepare weekly planner for scheduling additional sales calls by inside staff when appropriate.
Prepare and appropriately documents sales reports for all weekly sales activity, market and competitor information, business and market trends.
