We, currently, have an immediate requirement for a Project Manager, per the details given below
Title: Project Manager
Job Location: Carlsbad, CA
Type: Fulltime/Permanent
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Plan and Coordinate all the aspects of the projects right from requirement gathering till deployment.
* Interaction and Coordination with Client, Product development team, Business Unit heads, BA and/or other cross-functional teams as in when required, so that the project goals are met.
* Active involvement in .NET/ SAP development activities.
* Define and execute project plans, project scope, activities, schedules, budgets and deliverables
* Allocation of tasks, providing technical and analytical support to the project team.
General Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
* Expertise in hands on C# .Net, WPF or SAP systems Areas.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, on multiple projects concurrently
* Understand and facilitate solution delivery with minimum technical knowledge
* Track record of timelines, milestones and deliverable
* Mobile technology background is an added advantage
* Action-oriented, Agile in approach
* Ability to interact effectively with executive level clients
* Should be able to set expectations, manage team performance and promote morale and motivation level among team members.
* Thorough knowledge on SDLC process with excellent oral/written communication skills.
* Ability to mitigate pressure and risk.
