Job Description :
Desktop Support - Level 1 needed
Location: Burlington, MA
Duration: Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Image laptop and desktop computers
- Create accounts in Active Directory
- Set up workstations for new employees and ensure phone, printers, etc are working properly
- Respond to user issues in a timely manner & document issues in the ticketing system
- Provide desk side and remote support for level 1 technical issues
Required Skills / Experience:
- 2+ years of Technical Support experience
- Experience troubleshooting Windows is required
- Active Directory experience
- Strong customer service skills with ability to assist end users and work through technical issues

Desired Skills / Experience:
Linux experience (command line knowledge) would be nice to have
