Position: Workforce Analyst
Type : 15+ Months Contract
Location: Memphis, TN

Required Skills :

The Senior Analyst of Workforce Analytics will be responsible for advanced development and support of innovative reporting and metrics solutions to assist in human resource planning and analysis. The Senior Analyst will utilize expert knowledge, skills, and abilities to develop, distribute, and support human resources reports and metrics. The Team Member will support the Manager of HR Analytics in implementing the business requirements of human resource data and analytics.

Required Experience:
Business, Systems, IT, or Data Analyst in a corporate setting (5 yrs)
Data Mining (3 yrs)
Advanced Excel (3-5 yrs)
pivot tables
vlookups and index match
data validation
nested formulas
Macros
VBA
Business Intelligence (BI) tool experience
At least one: Oracle Business Intelligence, Cognos, Business Objects, MicroStrategy

Day to Day Responsibilities:
Respond to request to mine data from Oracle Business Intelligence system
Respond to requests to mine data from PeopleSoft HCM system
Respond to requests to mine data from Taleo talent acquisition system
Generate reports containing useful information based on the results of data mining
Develop and support dashboards containing useful HR metrics
Provides data to HR Analytics team to support analytical studies
Formally document HR systems business processes for operations continuity and cross-functional knowledge
Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with information technology, external vendors, and human resource customers
Communicate with the manager and team concerning problems, issues, and change management activities
