Job Description :
Must have experience with Enterprise Data Modeling.
Demonstrated strong logical modeling and analysis experience with large scale of medium to high complexity models for multiple business solutions across divisions or enterprise.
Ability to communicate strategies and process around data modeling and Data Architecture to cross functional groups.
Understands the methodologies and technologies that depict the flow of data within and between application systems and business functions/operations.
This position identifies opportunities to reduce data redundancy, trends in data uses and single sources of data.
Works with business analysts and business stakeholders to capture data / information needs and elicit requirements.
Participates in application design reviews.
Conducts / participates in data model peer design reviews.
Understands the fundamental concepts and architectural principles of Data Management and is able to champion concepts.
Possesses full life cycle experience in Data Management/Architecture.
Qualified candidates will have:
Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
7 – 10 years of experience in logical data modeling and analysis.
Excellent time management skills, including the ability to multitask across several large initiatives or projects
Strong problem solving/analytic skills
Ability to coach and mentor modeling staff.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable working across multiple teams and business units.
Good decision-making capabilities possessing both conceptual and analytical skills.
Able to communicate effectively and concisely with all levels in a clear and professional manner, verbally and written.
A focus on personal accountability and deliverables, but also Corporate objectives/outcomes
Healthcare experience a plus
