Exposure to HCM security and Personalization is desirable
at least 2+ years of experience developing Oracle HCM Interfaces including HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL/FBL Loads. In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM Processes and Data Models
Must have at least 2+ years of experience developing Oracle HCM Interfaces including HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL/FBL Loads.Hands on knowledge developing Benefits Extracts using ANSI834 formats, Payroll Interfaces – US ADP and Global Payroll.In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM Processes and Data Mode Experience in Core HR / Self Service, Workforce Compensation, Payroll, Absence Management & Benefits ModulesExperience of implementing min 1 Oracle Cloud HCM systemsHands On experience in Fast FormulasExposure to HCM security and Personalization is desirable
