Possesses the technical skills necessary to participate in systems maintenance processes using a systems methodology. Identifies problems or business opportunities, defines the scope of an assigned task, and develops a plan to accomplish that task. Develops user test data. Addresses production support issues, and provides feedback to client.



As a Product Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for developing the positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation for the Accenture Cloud Platform (ACP Working with Product Management you will craft the packaging and pricing strategy. Working with Accenture Marketing you will conceive and develop innovative programs that drive demand. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial. In your role as a Product Solutions Manager you will be the expert in our buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria and will transfer that knowledge to the Accenture sales channel. You will need to be able to manage projects and work independently. Success in the Product Solutions Manager role, requires creative and quantitative thinking. You should be familiar with various product marketing techniques, like direct marketing campaigns, analyst relations and pricing strategies. Key Responsibilities: • Communications – Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates ACP in the market. • Sales enablement – Communicate the value proposition of ACP to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process • Product launch – Plan the launch of new releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the project. • Activation – Create and manage innovative programs to drive increased usage of the Platform including user awareness, education and motivational campaigns. This includes management of the ACP Academy. • Market intelligence – be the expert on ACP buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition and how to crush them. • Demand generation – develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for ACP and its features. Requirements • 10+ years of software product marketing experience with at least 2 years experience in a field facing role • Bachelor’s in business or marketing • Very strong written communication skills • Ability and desire to learn technical product content • Willing to travel 25% • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties
