Business Analyst

Manage day to day operational aspects of a project and scope.
Provide teleconference meeting support and administration for meetings.
Send meeting notifications, attendance tracking, reporting.
Document meeting minutes, coordinate agendas, schedules and decision documentation.
Track and follow-up on group''s action items.
Manage meeting infrastructure tools, phone bridges and display/edit documents.
Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately.
Work with group to develop policies and procedures to support the achievement of the project objectives.
Coordinate activities across different organizational functions.
Manage and/or help manage all vendors on request.
Manage project progress towards meeting its objectives.
Consult legal on related items when requested.
Track progress of NDAs, questionnaires, contracts, etc. and provide updates to necessary parties on regular basis.
Be the single point of contact to help drive project schedules and ensure timely delivery of necessary services.
Perform market research on request (mainly via internet searches) on vendors and solutions that Mount Sinai may be interested in.
Provide a weekly/monthly status report on key activities and planned tasks.
Gather, write, communicate, review, and edit requirements, specifications and business processes for business needs and issues.
