Job Description :
The consultant will serve as a .NET Developer implementing the new CAPAS FIDAS system including:
Analysis, design, prototype/wireframes, coding, component and assembly testing of all application code owned by the Application Team
Maintenance (including production support), enhancement and development work
Mentor SBOE staff on .Net implementation
Write application software, data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, databases, design, programming, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions
Programmer: Candidate Mangement & Campaign Finance Redesign project

Senior 60 - 84 Months, Candidate is able to work without assistance and can provide leadership for others; may have advanced education
72 Months of Experience in creating secure web applications in Microsoft .Net in a team environment.
36 months experience programming applications in Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), MVC, JQuery, JSON, and CNET, using .NET Framework 4.0 or above
24 Months of Experience in designing/architecting accessible, responsive web applications
60 months experience in developing stored procedures, functions, packages in MS SQL Server 2008 or higher using TSQL
24 months experience writing unit tests
12 months experience maintaining application code in Team Foundation Server
6 Months of Experience in development using Agile/Scrum
12 months creating reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
60 months experience in designing and creating relational database structures in SQL Server to meet business needs
Bachelor''s Degree in an Information Technology related field, from an accredited institution. - A copy of the degree must be submitted with the Candidate Response Form
