Duties:
Call and or receive calls from independent contractors regarding enrolling in Microsoft Intune.
Act as a technician helping the user through any potential PC issues they may be working through.
Provide assistance with encryption/decryption of their hard drive.
Assist with upgrades from previous Windows versions 7/8 etc. to Windows 10 Pro.
Skills: Required:
5+ years'' experience as 2nd level phone support of Windows and PC''s
5+ years'' experience in a telephone customer service role
1+ years'' experience with Microsoft Intune or Enterprise Mobility
1+ Management
Superior customer service skills as demonstrated and articulated in an interview Superior organization skills as demonstrated and articulated in an interview Intimate knowledge of Windows operating systems and able to articulate it in an interview
