Responsible for defining, delivering, and promoting a flexible and cost effective ServiceNow Service Mapping (aka ServiceWatch) design and architecture that is driven from business needs.
Serves as a subject matter and technical expert.
Candidate should feel comfortable implementing the technical components of the solution into the ServiceNow tool and should be able mentor less experienced team members on ServiceNow Service Mapping best practices.
Depending upon specific infrastructure focus, the candidate will need to: Collaboratively define and update the current state and future state of the CMDB by implementing ServiceNow ServiceMapping for all relevant services; Document patterns and best practices (for components above) and promote re-use; Collaboratively govern standards.
EDUCATION: Bachelor''s degree or equivalent; M.S. in Computer Science or related discipline preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 10 years related experience.
Preferred candidates will have a demonstrated knowledge of ServiceNow Service Mapping, Configuration Management, and Asset Management.
