Required Skills:
12 to 15 years as a QA/testing manager with strong hands-on test automation engineering skills to drive results.
*Successful hands-on experience in working with an onshore/offshore distributed testing model
Experience with digital applications is a must
Must have strong organizational skills with ability to think on his/her feet
Ability to interview, select and lead the best resources for the client test team
Must have ability to coordinate automation test leads and team members with respect to multiple types of testing situations and system interfaces
Able to visualize the entire suite of applications from end-to-end with heavy emphasis on integration, regression, release-based and ORT testing approaches
Strong experience with industry-recognized QA estimating tools and techniques
Strong experience with ability to communicate with the business users and understand their needs and articulate testing methodologies and strategies
Strong experience with full risk management lifecycle (Identify information assets and/or risk areas, quantify and qualify threats, assess vulnerabilities, mitigate risks to close gaps and establish controls, reassess and manage ongoing risks)
Quickly adapt to changing requirements within the same scope of effort with a keen understanding when it will be necessary to escalate the change to the testing schedule
Ability to communicate and manage within a client environment that may be hostile at times
