To provide the SCE Service Delivery Manager with feedback on divisional usage of the SCE on line call logging system to ensure maximization of performance.
To ensure all Service Desk incidents are prioritized to agreed standards, monitoring completion timescales and reporting timescales and outcomes to Trust staff. Planning & Organizational Skills
To work closely with the Project team / Knowledge Management team via the SCE Service Delivery Manager to ensure that as phases of Service Desk go live that there are relevant support documentation is in place to ensure that the transition from a project phase to Production is effective to the organization’s needs.
To support the ICT Service Delivery Manager with strategy developments and service improvement.
To ensure that the SCE Service Desk is supportive of and complimentary to the Trust’s organizational requirements.
You will manage tasks and activities which may require adjustments to priorities in order to satisfy business needs.
Work within defined deadlines as part of a team and on an individual basis ensuring assigned work is effectively managed.
