Business Analyst - PeopleSoft

Summary: Business Analyst candidate is needed to support the business area with the implementation of a PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials upgrade. Main responsibilities include:
Assist in the production of Change Management deliverables (requirements, test scripts, testing documentation, test plans)
Providing communication of status and issues between the business areas and the project management team
Deliverables:
Change Management documentation by business area
o Requirements
o User acceptance test plans
o Test data requirements and plans
o Business implementation plans
o Post deployment validation plans
o Update existing and/or create new job aids and training materials
Provide testing and deployment coordination
Escalate issues for business areas
Experience:
Business Analyst with 3-4 years of experience
Extensive and proven experience writing requirements, test plans, etc.
Ability to test system functionality, troubleshoot and recognize system problems
Strong attention to detail, time management, troubleshooting, analytical, verbal and written communication skills
Experience in writing training materials, preparing and providing hands-on training to end users
Previous secondary mortgage market experience desired
PeopleSoft Implementation/Upgrade experience desired
PeopleSoft Asset Accounts Payable and Expense module experience desired
