Job Description
Senior level Cognos Developer (7+ years) with heavy experience in production support and development related to Cognos BI Applications 8.x,10.x (State, Government and/or CRM Analytics Should have working knowledge of Cognos 10.2. Should have development experience with Cognos Framework Manager, Cognos Cubes and Cognos Administration. Position will require in-depth knowledge of DataWarehouse, data modeling, administration and development of Cubes and reports concepts. Informatica or other BI Tools experience a plus.
Skills Required:
* Cognos 8.x, 10.2
* Extensive report and cube development experience
* O&M support of Cognos Application with administration knowledge with SSO
* Working knowledge of WebLogic application with Cognos & server administration/monitoring thru Cognos Audit
Optional Skills:
* Experience in working in State, Government CRM projects
* Experience with BIApps migration from Informatica to Oracle Data Integrator
* Oracle 12c Cloud Control for OBIEE

Job Responsibilities:
Description of the responsibilities for this position.
Day to day tasks will require development & troubleshooting of Cognos BI environment; troubleshooting Cognos Reports, Framework Manager modifications, implementing new functionality , etc
Job functions will require the candidate to work on some weekends and evenings to support nightly maintenance. Candidate will need to demonstrate ability to diagnose and address performance issues at all levels of the tech stack (ie weblogic, db, Cognos); self-starter, team-player, good communication skills.
