Role: ORMB Analyst (Oracle Revenue Management and Billing system)

Job Description

• Perform application support and maintenance activity and provide technical assistance and advice on existing software solutions.
• Perform incident and change management for application issues and small break fixes
• Participate in continuous performance improvement sessions to discuss opportunities to improve processes or standards.
• Responsible for analyzing, customizing and enhancing the Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) application.
• Codes and performs unit and integration testing of software to ensure proper and efficient execution and adherence to business and technical requirements

Skill Requirement

• 4+ years of experience in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB)
• Experience in ORMB Framework, Application configuration and management
• Expert in defining solutions on ORMB Algorithms, batch jobs, interfaces, data migration & reporting requirements.
• Fully conversant on Oracle Revenue Management and Billing for Financial Services V2.4.0.1.0
• Strong knowledge in Transaction Feed Management (TFM) capabilities, Billing rules, Products, Pricelists, Rate schedule, Payments, GL Assign, underlying configuration limitations and solutions.
• Good knowledge of ORMB data model and writing SQL queries
• Very Good knowledge on Java programming language.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience using BMC Control-M for batching jobs
• Wide knowledge in the US Health Insurance Billing Domain is an added advantage

Primary Skills
• Hands on experience on ORMB Application Configuration and Knowledge on OUAF Framework
• Experienced in Java Programming knowledge and able to debug existing code base for issue resolution
• Conversant with Oracle SQL Skills and RDBMs concepts

Secondary Skills
• US Health insurance billing domain concepts
