We need Organizational Change Management Project Manager in Auburn Hills, MI.
duration is 1 year+; Skype interview will be conducted for candidates that are out of state, but local candidates are preferred.

Note: Candidates must have Organizational Change Management experience, i.e.: Organizational change management (OCM) is a framework for managing the effect of new business processes, changes in organizational structure or cultural changes within an enterprise. Simply put, OCM addresses the people side of chang management.
Not looking for traditional change management associated with PM work it s a larger scope than that.
Strong change management and project management background with execution results
Excellent change management experience, with experience in transformational technology and process changes, ideally in the commercial lending space
Strong level communication skills, written and verbal including executive communications Experience working with deadlines
