Hi,
I am looking for Financial Analyst for one of our client in DC. Let me know if you would be interested for the same.

Job Title: Financial Analyst
Location: 4000 Wisconsin Ave DC
Contract: 6 months with extension
Interview: Phone & Face to Face, Need Locals

Manager Needs:
Hyperion is not required- they can train on that. Just need forecast modeling experience and strong Excel skills.

Experience in financial forecasting and familiarity with simple forecasting models:
Data mining and analysis background
Process flow documentation and development
Interaction with IT/Development teams
Demonstrated project management skill would be a plus
Familiarity with FM business model is a plus.
3 -5 years of related experience

Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
Perform financial analysis
Bachelor’s degree Finance preferred.
Hyperion Knowledge
Firm understanding of Finance and Economic concepts including financial forecasting.
Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills preferred with experience using advanced formulas and functions – specifically to include VLOOKUP and SUMIF but others in general.
Aptitude to learn new software applications and other new concepts.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proactive attitude and the ability to work with others to resolve issues.
Ability to react and adapt to fast-paced work and department.
