Location: Cambridge, MA

Duration: 12 Months

Rate: $60/hr C2C

Looking for a Senior BA w/ a manufacturing background.
Must have LIMS experience (they use Labware 7.0)
Must have experience with Business Process Requirements and understand industry requirements.
Experience redefining Business Processes
Ask the right questions in regard to the Subject Matter
Experience working in a Validated environment is a must.
They will be supporting apps in a manufacturing environment.
Supports training, purchasing.
Using systems tracking discrepancies.
Scheduling, making sure the equipment is not over-booked.

Serve as tactical and strategic IT liaison to the business through building and fostering a partnership
Provide recommendations to address and resolve business issues, improve business processes and leverage opportunities
Demonstrate strong understanding of the manufacturing, engineering, quality and operational business areas related to the delivery of biotech products
Focus will be in Manufacturing, Document management, Purchasing and Training.
Be point of contact for business focused application questions and be able to identify and leverage resources across IT
Drive organizational improvements in areas of lean business process and information systems.

Medium - Large project implementation experience
Life Sciences experience
