SCOPE OF SERVICES:
The CRM Developer will be responsible for:
Working with the DIIT (Division of Information and Instructional Technology) Data teams to facilitate the implementation of and maintenance of the MS CRM Architecture
Be the lead designer/coder/person on all MS Dynamic CRM interactions.
Support the needed analysis, design, build, test and documentation of complex MS CRM solutions
Support user acceptance test activities for the MS CRM solutions
ETL tools for the definition, development and testing of the processes and programs necessary to properly display data in MS CRM
Work with other data analysts, business users and IT professionals to ensure that data requirements are met with the highest degree of integrity and efficiency that is practical and cost effective
Ensure that documentation is captured, maintained, understood by and available to business and/or IT partners
Participate in, or facilitate, business process and requirement sessions to ensure that all fully understands the requirements and the data necessary to support those requirements
Develop, test and manage MS CRM jobs to specifications and design
Participate in focus group sessions as needed for PKA needs discovery
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
8 years of Microsoft Dynamic CRM Development
8 years of complex Microsoft Dynamic CRM Screen Design and Development
Scribe Soft’s Scribe ETL Design and Development
Complex Microsoft CRM Tasks/Work with Little or No Supervision
Dealing with general Microsoft Dynamic CRM Administration/Upgrades
Full Lifecycle using Microsoft’s Dynamic CRM for Large Scale Programs
Shell/Power Shell/Bash Script Program Development.
Design and develop MS CRM code using MS CRM Tools and the Scribe Soft Scribe
Excellent communication skills
Excellent analytical skills, detail skills, and process-oriented skills
Proven ability to coordinate activities with business and technical teams
Ability to code in various shell scripting languages
Ability to deal with the Scribe ETL of data into MS Dynamics CRM in the Cloud
Sound knowledge of SQL and RDBMS MS SQL Server
Proven ability to produce high quality, bug free and highly scalable work
Demonstrated experience in designing and documenting conversion and interface specifications
Extensive knowledge and experience in MS Dynamic CRM and DOT NET technology
Overall MS CRM design and development skills and technical documentation experience
Operational data model knowledge
Understanding the rules of the business data
Data mapping between data and CRM screens
DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: - These skills are:
Independently perform independent data research
Independently design, code test, and promote to production MS CRM, Scribe ETL, SQL, and Scripts
Independently design, code test, and promote to production MS CRM Jobs/Screens
Independently interface with various internal and external clients
Independently document the design, code, and test plans
Independently troubleshoot CRM job, CRM Screen, and CRM data issues
