Position Details:
Job Title: Delphi Developer
Location: 140 E. 300 S. Salt Lake City, UT 84114
Duration: 12 Months (Strong possibility for an extension)

Job Summary:
Will work on unemployment insurance tax system using the following toolsets:
Delphi 10.1 Berlin (must have 10.1 experience and 5 years’ experience with other versions
Oracle 12c (5 years Oracle 11+ PL/SQL experience)
Continua CI
Final builder (5 years’ experience)
TMS Components
JCL Components
RAVE Reports
Fast Reports
.NET
Business Knowledge of Unemployment Insurance Taxes
GIT Subversion (SVN) and JIRA, Bit bucket experience


Scoring criteria on bids is as follows:
25% Delphi Skill
25% Business knowledge
10% Oracle Skills
10% Experience with Developer tool (i.e., GIT, SVN JIRA, Final builder)
30% COST
