Role : ALM Polarion Administrative Configuration Consultant
Work Location : Ft. Worth, TX
Duration of assignment (in Months) : 3 months
Relevant Experience (in Years): 8-10 Years
Technical /Functional Skills
Hands on experience in Polarion ALM Administration/Configuration specifically in Siemens Polarion Tool.
Experience of managing atleast one end-2-end ALM Polarion implementation.
Experience in deploying templates specific to Medical Devices like :
Experience in Configuring Requirement, Risks, Design, Build ,Test, Release and Report Management
Hands on experience in managing multiple Polarion Project and should have capability of promoting codes and configurations from Dev to Test to Production environment.
Experience in handling Performance of Polarion System. Ability to trouble shoot Polarion performances, configure and provide recommendations to IT Managers
Experience in Technical Operations like: ALM user accounts and permissions, Creating Roles, Assigning user and roles to project, Project Administration, Global Administration, Archiving, Configuration Management and Troubleshooting Polarion Applications.
Should have knowledge of handling Security in Polarion System. Should have experience in configuring Polarion security module with LDAP/SSO.
Solution designing, Documentation of design and technical documents,
Manages communication between globally dispersed stakeholders
Ensure business policy issues are resolved in a timely manner
Represents the project within the Executive/IT Steering Committee
Nice to have:
Good communication skill
Experience in Medical Devices and Pharma Industry
Roles & Responsibilities
ALM Polarion Administrator ( User, Roles, Access, Permission, Template Configuration, security, backup, performance,Archiving, Code Configurationetc )
Co-ordinate with IT Technical/Business Teams from different Business Units.

Must be able to manage various stakeholders
Must have very good written and verbal communication skill.
