Job Description :
e Web Application Developer is responsible for enhancing and
maintaining web-based, data-driven business applications. He/She would
be responsible to understand and complex coldfusion, SQL, PL/SQL ,
Javascript code to be able to support the application.
Required Skills:
·Minimum 5 years’ experience in web-based development in ColdFusion.
·Minimum 2 years’ experience in Javascript using libraries such as
Ext-JS or jQuery
·SQL and stored procedure development preferably using Oracle
·Knowledge of efficient SQL writing.
·Experience working with JSON, XML and CSS
·Ability to read technical documentation (API docs, Language references, etc)
·Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
·Ability to work independently, effectively, and efficiently
·Must be able to multi-task and manage to deadlines
·Java hands on experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
·Understands existing application and implements fixes, resolves
defects and maintains parts of the application written in ColdFusion
and Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
·Understands browser specific compatibility issues and resolves any
cross browser issues.
·Works collaboratively and consistently with the team.
·Enhance the existing application as per the business needs.
·Report appropriately to managers and documents any processes.
Required Education and Experience:
·Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
·Minimum 5 years software development experience building web-based
applications in ColdFusion and 2 years Javascript (Ext-JS or jQuery)
experience.
