Job Title: ServiceNow Architect
Location: Fort Detrick, MD
Duration: 6+ Months
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR SERVICENOW ARCHITECT:
Lead Project team in design and implantation of ServiceNow Migration.
Customize ServiceNow configurations, including custom scripts
Develop user friendly catalog items with experience writing orchestration workflows such as Content Management, Web Services
Develop external application integration using Web services
Utilize available programming methodologies and languages and adhere to coding standards, procedures and techniques while contributing to the technical code documentation
Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data
REQUIREMENTS FOR SERVICENOW ARCHITECT:
Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, Change, Incident, Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge, SLAs, Release Management.
At least four years of hands on experience working with ServiceNow
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
