Job Title: SAP Basis Lead with DB2 Experience
Duration: 6 months
Location: Atlanta, GA
Rate: $Market/hr All Inc
Requirements/Qualifications
- Strong SAP Basis experience, DB2 experience, network administration experience and project management experience
- Solid understanding of SAP Basis leading practices, methodologies, processes and control framework
- Hands-on SAP Basis troubleshooting experience in multiple SAP components such as ECC, PI, Solution Manager, CP and HANA
- Experience establishing policies, product and operating standards
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a best Basis organization to support 24x7 SAP environment
- Experience working as part of a team to provide the optimal solution for both business needs and project standards
- 10+ years IT experience including 5+ years managing Basis, IT Infrastructure, IT Network and/or IT Operations and at least 3 years Database Administration experience in a DB2 Enterprise environment
- Experience building, maintaining, optimizing and creating backups for DB2 9.5 or greater on Linux and Unix
- DB2 database performance tuning, sizing, patching and DB version upgrades Also monitoring with DBI tools
- Understanding and use of the SAP DBA Cockpit
- Deploy new databases and database changes to support SAP application changes
