Title: Sr. Project Manager

Major Job Functions
Ability to perform all of the functions of the Project Manager and:
1. Performs as project manager on medium to large projects exceeding twelve (12) months in duration or having significant budget impact on the business unit.
2. May serve in an assistant capacity on multi-year, multi million dollar projects or provide project support and leadership on multiple projects.
3. Provides task assignments, work direction and guidance to the project team to achieve quality results.
Provides individual performance assessment of project management staff and provides coaching and feedback to promote professional growth.
Scope:
Applies advanced skills in area of specialization to solve problems in creative and effective ways. Duties and tasks are varied and complex.
Supervision:
Works under minimal supervision. May determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may provide guidance to lower level personnel.
General Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years related experience.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Certified Associate in Project Management from the Project Management Institute (CAPM
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) accreditation
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
Experience leading Agile Scrum projects. Knowledge with implementing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a plus.
Knowledge and experience with Jira and Confluence.
Jira Structure and Portfolio reporting a plus
A strong customer centric approach.
Good stakeholder management.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and business verticals.
Advanced oral and written communication skills.
Advanced project management and organizational skills.
Advanced problem solving and analytical skills.
Experience with Microsoft Project and Project Server.
