Business Systems Analyst. This person needs to be strong with SQL and be able to visualize the data either with PowerPoint or Tableau. Any experience with customer analytics is a huge plus! Good Communication is Key.

Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with team members at all levels.
· Possess ability to communicate effectively with technical developers and be able to translate business requirements to non-technical marketing business partners.
· Good working knowledge of SQL
· Perform detailed data analysis using Teradata SQL in requirements and testing project phases.
· Have ability to work independently and support several projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
· Be a team player, be flexible and self-motivate.
· Work with user groups to resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes.
· Work with business partners to understand problems, define, develop and document requirements, develop and execute test plans, validate data for newly implemented projects, resolve issues and participate in project meetings as a business systems consultant team
· Provide project sizings.
· Support business partners requests for additional research, as well as, business and systems analysis related to projects.
· Work closely with project managers and technical staff to support projects.
· Possess knowledge and experience of systems development process.
· Have experience in testing and test plan development.
· Familiarity with data warehouse database environment. (e.g. data modeling and database structures
· Proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook
