Job Description :
Role: Senior Consultant -Insurance BA
Location: Cary, NC
Duration: Fulltime

Qualifications
Basic
· Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
· At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology

Preferred
· At least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications and execution of agile projects
· At least 4 years of experience in retail life products, sales, compensation, distribution
· At least 4 years of experience in MS Word, Excel, Visio, MS Project, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SharePoint, Quality Center, Rally and JIRA a plus
· At least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
· Experience and familiarity with life insurance domain is a must
· Analytical and Communication skills
· Planning and Co-ordination skills
· Experience with project management
· Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
