Job Description :
Lead and manage projects from initiation through implementation
Create project scope of work, draft project schedules/milestones and execute against project plans
Manage change and risk to project scope; escalating issues when appropriate
Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders including maintaining and publishing status reports
Strong experience facilitating meetings to arrive at objectives and time frames including defining objectives, participants, expected outcomes and following up on action items to ensure successful completion.
You will lead and drive program execution for a large groups of teams in partnership with Engineering, Product Management, Designs, Operations, and in-country teams to deliver successful business outcome for QuickBooks roadmapYou will drive your program teams toward the strategic goals; manage dependencies and remove obstacles that stand between your teams and business successYou are expected to run programs using best Agile practices for initiating, planning, and executing -large scale cross - functional critical programsYou seek around corners to anticipate risks and proactively manage these risks before they become blockersYou build relationship with diverse technical and non-technical roles spanning all organizational levels and leverage these relationship to build awesome productsYou Foster collaboration and shared accountability for outcomes with Product Management, Engineering, Design, and other functional partnersYou provide thought leadership and support of our continued Agile Transformation, and be an evangelist for our Agile adoption across your program and our organization, and facilitate teams transitioning to high-performance teamsYou are a great influencer, and committed to driving good decisions with a diverse set of stakeholders You are an innovator and will contribute to the evolution of our Agile Development methodology and the Program Management function.
