Job Description :
Daily Responsibilities
- Partner with SME to create operating instructions, how-to manuals, assembly instructions, and “frequently asked questions” pages to help technical support staff and other users within the company.
- Partner with SME to update process documentation
- Edit administrator guides for new deployed equipment or processes
- Quickly fix documentation reported by users

Additional Responsibilities
- Organize documents in a common format

Required Skills
- Minimum 3-5 years of IT industry experience
- Minimum 5 years of Technical writing experience
- Solid understanding of how technical concepts work
- Experience partnering with and writing technical documentation for IT administrators, engineers and developers
- Must be detail focused, be able to work efficiently and be able to prioritize workloads and deliverables
- Must be experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and experienced with Visio is preferred.
