10-15 years of Experience in Working in the Industrial / Heavy Equipment / Automotive Customer Segment
Experienced in Requirements Gathering and Facilitation of Workshops, Documenting User Requirements leveraging various Requirements Management Tools/Methodologies
Exposure to Cloud Based Analytics Platforms and Cloud Based Application Development Platforms will be Preferred
Experience in Customer Service, Warranty Management, Troubleshooting and Diagnostics, Service Management in the Automotive / Industrial Domain will be an added Advantage
