Position:Mechanical Engineer

Required Skills:
Demonstrated ability to design new and innovative products from scratch, to meet internal or
customer product requirements
Create simulation models to predict structural, fatigue, vibration, thermal, and flow
performance of new products in development (using SolidWorks Simulation or Ansys
Workbench)
Generates product design requirements from customer specifications, and internal tribal
knowledge
Ability to build new product designs using prototype vendors, methods, and engineering lab
for assembly
Define and conduct testing of all new products in accordance with standards and product or
customer requirements
Complete appropriate drawings using GD&T, assembly work instructions, and other technical
documentation for new product development and plant introductions
