Job Description :
Education: 4-yr College Degree preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science or Project Management
Skills Required:
Extensive experience managing projects using a structured System Development Life Cycle
Ability to facilitate large meetings with all management levels in attendance
Ability to work in a fully matrixed environment with no direct management of staff
Ability to handle numerous conflicting priorities in a professional manner
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong teamwork and customer support focus
Extensive project management and analysis experience
Team building and problem resolution skills
MS Office Suite, especially MS Project
Skills Preferred:
Transportation/Logistics experience
Client server systems or database project coordination experience
SOX/CMMI understanding
Knowledge of requirements gathering and documentation
Knowledge of software configuration, release, and deployment management
Experience required:
At least 2 years of project management in a corporate environment
Working with users/project teams to discuss problem analysis, systems modifications and gathering of requirements
Management of multiple projects at the same time
PMP Certification
