Job Description :
Job Responsibilities:
Supporting Mobile Infrastructure and Applications (iOS and Android)
Provision and setup of new devices
Create documentation for other helpdesk members to support devices
Create documentation for Applications for users
Provide training to end users and other technicians in using mobile devices
Maintain device inventories
Create video demos for iPad users
Shipping, receiving, ordering, and warranty processing of devices
Interpret and update Network drawings

Basic Qualifications:
Min. 2- 3 years'' of experience in End user support-Android and I Phones Mobile phones
