Title:- ESB (Webmethods) Engineer
Location:- Pittsburgh, PA
Duration: Full Time Permanent
Strong in ESB Webmethods
Configuration and maintenance of (ESB) Integration and Gateway servers
Administration of (ESB) Integration and Gateway servers
ESB Code Deployment through CD/CI tools (Jenkins)
Experience in monitoring and maintaining Webmethods and ActiveMQ
Worked at large-scale business application support in eCommerce, with focus on integration layer
Demonstrates strong analytical ability, problem solving skills and decision making skills
Experience in trouble shooting, diagnosing and solving issues.
Worked with multiple teams for issue resolution
Responsible for managing seamless information flow through Webmethods
Assess, analyse & resolve incidents that do not require any code changes in the production environment
Creates temporary “work-around” for immediate customer issues where appropriate
Update knowledge repository and FAQ for the new incidents and resolution provided
Perform root cause analysis for each issue and update the incidents
For issues which involve code change, escalate the same to Enterprise middleware team
Redirect misrouted Remedy Incident Tickets back to IT Service Desk
Contact IT Service Desk to reach out for 3rd party and/or DSG IT support
Resolve incident escalated from helpdesk team following ITIL best practices guidelines
Implement Change Management as necessary to resolve Incident Tickets
