JOB TITLE: MICROSOFT EXCHANGE ENGINEER
Location: NY
Contract to hire at 6 months

- Work with Account Manager on account mining by understanding customer’s landscape & IT priorities
- Adopt a consulting-led approach and become a trusted adviser to customer
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in the Office 365 Productivity Stack (Exchange, SharePoint, Skype for Business, EMS, Azure AD, etc
- Experience in designing cloud strategies using tools such as Exchange Hybrid, Azure AD Connect, FIM/MIM, etc.
- Experience in cross-forest migrations/mergers and acquisitions on the identity and messaging disciplines are a MUST. You will be advising Senior IT staff on how to perform these types of scenarios.
- Experience in Exchange Cross-Forest Delegation and Microsoft Federation Gateway technologies for enabling cross-forest Free/Busy in Exchange
- Experience with cloud based services like caching, databases, search is a plus.
- Proficient in creating technical documents like Architecture views,Technology Architecture blueprint and design specification
- Follows technology trends and is able to correlate them with business Architecture/Engineering Consulting experience is a MUST.
- Office 365 & Exchange Certs are a PLUS but not REQUIRED
