Have good functional knowledge on PeopleSoft – Especially in NA Payroll, Absence Management
Have hands on experience in Application Designer, i.e. People code, Application Engine, CI, Application Package, Integration Broker
Will be able to code from scratch if required
Have worked on optimizing different Processes, SQL statement
Extensive hands on experience with a clear understanding of Business processes
At least 5 years’ experience in performance tuning
