Qualifications:

Prior airline industry is required.
This position will be responsible for the technology program management and delivery of projects within the AIR4 program.
Will work closely with General Manager and critical stakeholders to manage and facilitate the organization’s technology engagements, communications, planning, processes, reporting and analytic efforts.
This role requires a highly resourceful individual who is comfortable working with ambiguity, along with strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, a confident presence, and solid organizational skills.
In this role, the Program Manager will gain highly valuable skills enabling her or him to more readily attain a general management perspective that encompasses the strategic, financial, and operational aspects of an organization.
The ideal candidate must be organized and creative, have extremely strong communication skills, solid coordination and planning abilities, and a good working understanding of business and financial fundamentals.
Key industry certifications such as CAPM, PMP, PgM, etc., REQUIRED.

Responsibilities:

Partner with the General Manager to deliver agendas, conduct necessary data collection, supporting reports, analysis, background documentation, etc. as needed to prepare leadership team for tactical and strategic activities.

Ensure the General Manager is briefed, prepared, and organized for key engagements, planning activities, budget exercises, etc.

Work closely and partner with the IT Program Delivery Office Project Management and Project Coordinator teams to ensure Center of Excellence compliance

Responsible for preparing and monitoring Portfolio forecast; working closely with Project Manager and Coordinators, reporting budget concerns / deviations to the General Manager.

Establish financial forecast strategies by evaluating trends and highlighting financial project risk

Support Project Initiation efforts, including pipeline management and project estimation oversight

Partner with Portfolio Owners and support teams such as Finance to coordinate and facilitate resources to meet business development and strategic objectives.

Create and manage to an ongoing cadence and timeline, identify session charters and agendas, and manage session logistics, action items, and follow-up.

Partner with the Center of Excellence to identify, recommend, and implement opportunities for improvements in existing methodologies, processes, and tools.

Create or oversee Portfolio executive presentations and communications. Work closely with General Manager to develop Power Point presentations representing the Program Delivery Office organization to both internal and external stakeholders and audiences. Partner across IT to gather required content, coordinate with other contributors, and to ensure stakeholder approvals.

Create effective working relationships with supporting teams to ensure quality partnership and timeline diligence is maintained. Complete other tasks as assigned or apparent.
