Understands Configuration, Extension and Customization for Windchill
Can guide big team
Good Coordination skills across Business and Functional teams.
Understand and connects the dots for the complex problems to come up with design
Good to have skills
Domain knowledge on PLM
Knowledge in implementing interfaces
