Enterprise Applications (EA) Application Support Analyst L3
The Enterprise Applications Analyst is responsible for providing ongoing technical support of the Kronos WFC and other enterprise applications, as well as, design, document and implement various data flow processes and solutions along with receiving support calls to troubleshoot customer service issues. This person will act as the IT EA point of contact between the EA group and clients/business partners. This person handles communication for EA change management, ongoing maintenance; coordinates between clients and internal IT EA support to ensure compliance; develop guidelines, checklists, procedures, and training documentation as required; and actively communicates with internal team members, management, end users to promote sound EA integration and related system improvements. Participation in system design and quality assurance activities are also responsibilities of the EA Applications Analyst. Success in this position requires a mix of technical knowledge and applied skills, analytical ability, clear written and verbal communication skills, and an understanding of system processes and production workflows.
Primary Responsibilities:
Ability to analyze current business processes and create an equivalent process to help improve business efficiency and reduce internal costs using Kronos Workforce Central v7 or v8.
Conduct analysis to determine quality and reliability.
Performs troubleshooting with new and existing partners to resolve technical mapping variations or gaps and provide second-level support troubleshooting issues in a production environment.
Systems Integration using WIM (Workforce Integration Manager)
Report writing using Visual Studio
Establish and maintain client/customer relationships.
Works with project managers in relation to existing and new product rollout plans.
Works well under pressure and multitasks in an interrupt-driven environment.
Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required.
Assists other team members as necessary.
Attend staff and ad hoc meetings as required.
Manage the design and testing of the company pay rules
Direct the efforts of the Kronos tech support team
Develop and implement system procedures to improve existing and overall process management.
Responsible for acting in accordance with and complying with all departmental and company policies in relation to: Compliance, Risk Management, Quality Assurance, HIPPA

Preferred Qualifications:

Must have experience and understanding of Kronos WFC v7 or v8 pay/PTO rule configuration, mobile set up, trouble-shooting issues and providing timely solutions in a fast paced environment.
10 years of Kronos experience.
Experience using SQL queries for report development.
Experience and understanding of any one of the following applications; VISTAR, iValua, iCims, Qgenda, Hyperion, Lawson
Working knowledge of enterprise application requirements gathering, design, testing, validation and support
Working knowledge of application process flows and best practice solutions for change management
Working understanding of HIPAA regulations
Advanced skills in developing analytical tools using Word, Excel, MS Project, Power Point, SharePoint and Acrobat
Uses strong communication, research, analysis, and technical skills with the ability to guide complex tasks to timely completion.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, solve problems, deal with conflicting priorities, use appropriate technology to analyze business problems, and manage deliverables simultaneously while adapting to change easily in deadline-driven environment. Task-oriented and committed to task completion within expected timeframes.
Has Strong customer focus, capable of setting and managing customer expectations without sacrificing client commitment.
