Position : SalesForce Developer/Architect

Looking for a SalesForce Developer/Architect to evaluate and implement efficient, cost effective application program solutions, work as a team member with other Systems Analysts/Programmers on scheduled releases as well as troubleshooting SalesForce problems. Will analyze existing system and programming logic to provide more efficient machine operations or to identify difficulties.
Will provide production support on SalesForce application (critical business days, after hours, on call, etc between operations end users and systems support team.
Will operate on SalesForce development platform, computing environments (host based, distributed systems, Client/Server), software, hardware, technologies and tools and will document and complete developer test cases to ensure stable integration with existing mature systems.
Administer setup, customization and configuration including standard and custom objects, data management, reports and dashboards, workflows and alerts, SalesForce and user and security settings.
Support day-to-day running of the business within SalesForce which includes interacting with business users, technology partners and sourcing partners.
Coordinate production releases, working towards an Agile delivery methodology.
Responsible for overseeing production support to existing SalesForce.com instances by troubleshooting with IT/Systems and SalesForce.com including managing issue resolution and performing root cause analysis.
