Job Description :
We need a software developer to work on the OMS projects performing key implementation, design, and review tasks.

We would like to have a professional contractor who can pick up the work with a brief Transfer of Information (TOI S/he should be able to work independently while coordinating with other team members and departments. Good experience with Unix, Java/J2EE, and development in an agile environment is required. Solid experience working with databases (Oracle, SQL) and shell scripting is needed; and experience working with Big Data is preferred, such as Hadoop.

Candidate should have good written & oral communication skills and a flexible & team oriented mentality. We have a global team and sometimes it would be required to work different hours.



Skills/Requirements:


Level: (Junior/Specialist/Expert)

Jr = 1-5 yrs / Spec=5-10yrs / Exp= >10 + yrs

Java - Specialist
Java Web Development (RESTful webservices, javascript-Specialist
Big Data: Experience with Hadoop, Spark, kafka etc -Junior
Unix (HP and Linux preferred-Specialist
Agile Development - Junior
Source code management (GIT/Clear case-Junior
Shell scripting (sh/ksh/perl/python-Specialist
Oracle Database-Junior
ActiveMQ or other messaging bus-Junior
